Description:
Job Title: Site & Facilities Professional – SASK
Location: Barrow in Furness
Salary: Starting from £40,748 – depending on skills and experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Facilities Maintenance and Infrastructure experience
- Knowledge of DSEAR activities
- Previous experience reporting progress and issues on site
- Understanding of site processes
Responsibilities:
- Supporting on facility Infrastructure for SASK and the satellite facilities
- Coordinating maintenance and reactive works to minimise facility disruption
- Supporting facility engagement with key stakeholders in Site Tenancy, Site Maintenance, Engineering Authority, Site Specialist Engineering and EMCOR
- Coordinating Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) activities
