Mirvac Construction’s Cadetship is a part-time program designed to assist you in building your career in the Property & Construction Industry through our Mirvac Construction business. The program allows students from their second year of study until Graduation to apply their university knowledge to various building construction projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, retail), job activities and real-world scenarios.

Site Cadet - VIC
This role will see you based on one of Mirvac Construction’s sites, working alongside our project delivery team to successfully build our development(s) safely, on time, on budget, to the required Mirvac quality, and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will gain broad exposure to project management, design and construct systems, and associated disciplines, procedures and controls onsite. This will involve supporting our Project Engineers and Site Managers in coordinating and monitoring site activities and subcontractors and suppliers onsite, developing and maintaining construction programmes and schedules, procurement and cost controls.
Cadetship Structure
At Mirvac you will be supported by management, a ‘buddy’ and mentors, as well as included in a range of networking opportunities with business stakeholders and leaders.
These opportunities are 11-month fixed term contract roles, commencing in February 2025, with the potential to be made permanent.
