As a Site Clerk working in the Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a key role in construction site administration and managing a variety of documentation activities. Supporting our work on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will be responsible in maintaining organized and efficient site administration, contributing to project success.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Validate daily working hours for construction site workers.
  • Monitor and allocate equipment costs to the project.
  • Support the procurement processes with the guidance of the superintendent and project manager.
  • Diligently track all material requisitions with procurement.
  • Enter daily data for materials and subcontractors into cost tracking systems.
  • Reconcile and process work orders, requisitions, and invoices.
  • Support in generating various reports including quantity reviews and financial management reports.
  • Meticulously manage and distribute project documentation efficiently.

THIS ROLE COULD BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Holder of a Vocational Diploma (DEP) or Technical Diploma in Office/Administration or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in an administrative setting.
  • Experienced working with MS Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working with numbers (numerical data, calculations…).
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Geographical mobility based on the project site.
