WANT TO DO THE BEST WORK OF YOUR LIFE? PLAYING YOUR PART IN MAKING A BIG DIFFERENCE TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITIES WE SERVE. OUR PEOPLE MAKE SEVERN TRENT A TRULY EXCITING AND INCLUSIVE PLACE TO WORK – A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BE YOURSELF AND LET YOUR SKILLS SHINE.

Our purpose is taking care of life’s essentials, but we’re also big on making a difference, not just because we should but because we care.
Now on to the opportunity…
We have a role for the right person to work in our busy Property Operations team which will need to provide exceptional customer service to the highest of standards in order to support the staff & visitors on site, on a 12 month fixed term contract. If you are dedicated & take pride in all that you do.
Then this Site Coordinator Pride Park role is for you!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As a Site Coordinator for Pride Park, you’ll be the first point of contact for the staff & visitors to the site and will need to always provide the highest standards of customer service. Setting up meeting rooms as and when required, replenishing and maintaining photocopiers, liaising directly with contractors and cleaners & all external visitors are just some of the activities that you will complete as part of being the ‘front of house’ contact.
You’ll also carry out relevant work tasks that the Property Operations on-site team are responsible for such as site inductions and completing statutory checks e.g. for fire such as alarm testing and for legionella such as flushing of taps & taking temperature readings. Keeping compliance records up to date for all STW sites in our regional is also a critical activity.
The Health and Safety of our visitors and fellow employees is imperative to us so you’ll need to adhere to all Health & Safety standards in everything that you do. Whilst training will be provided, having an awareness of things like COSHH, DSE & office safety would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Your brilliant interpersonal skills, care and passion for delivering positive customer experience is what we’re looking for as you’ll be speaking to and helping Staff, Visitors, and contractors on a daily basis, good experience and knowledge and understanding of FM and property operations, great use of IT systems and FM software. A reliable and well organised person, working within a team environment, you’ll have excellent people skills and a good awareness of planned preventative maintenance and reactive work.
Of course, it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity and a caring attitude in equal weight.
We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities. We want people who show up and get involved. Those who are ready to be part of something bigger and who want to make a difference because they care. Is that you?
And when it comes to inclusion, we’re making sure we keep up the progress with our wonderful working groups – LGBTQ+, Women in Operations & STEM, Disability and Ethnicity; who help us do just that.
