JOB DESCRIPTION

• Projects Planning, Monitoring and Reporting.
• Coordinate with the Project Managers on planning for works and allocations of teams on various worksites.
• Attend site meetings.
• Check project technical specifications and construction drawings.
• Conduct site visits to inspect and supervise works and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Design and Quantity Surveyors departments to resolve issues.
• Establish the detailed list of materials for each project, ensure their availability and liaise with the Purchase department to order what is necessary.
• Ensure all works are performed in accordance with the prevailing safety and quality standards.
• Prepare progress report, project handover report and claim report.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Building.
• Familiarity with Microsoft project, BIM and AutoCAD would be an advantage.
• 5.5 days per week.
• 2-year experience as site engineer.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.
