POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer - Civil to oversee and manage mechanical aspects of our construction project. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience as Site Engineer - Civil in construction industry,
• Residential type projects experience is ESSENTIAL
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and related construction technologies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Collaborate with project managers, department managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Supervise and manage civil construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Interpret and review civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of civil installations.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment on-site.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, inspections, and change orders.
