JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will oversee all aspects of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and an ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as site engineer in uae.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise the construction process, ensuring that all work is carried out according to project specifications and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site operations and collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to address issues as they arise.
• Oversee the coordination of labor, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project flow.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, including progress, costs, and any issues that may affect the schedule.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and laborers.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling as needed.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure their expectations are met.
• Keep up to date with new developments in construction materials, techniques, and technologies.
