REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Full clean, manual driver’s licence is essential
  • Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience

Responsibilities:

  • Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
  • Monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
  • Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
  • Setting out using a variety of instruments as chosen by the company
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors work
  • Report progress of works to Package Manager and highlight any issues
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Quality management and BCAR co-ordination
  • Adhere to planning, health and safety and environmental standards
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
