• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site.

• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Prepare reports on project progress, safety, and compliance matters.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any variances proactively.
