JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in site supervision and coordination, specifically within the Joinery/Fit-out industry, ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer within the Joinery/Fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Proven experience in site supervision and coordination of projects.
• Ability to read and interpret design blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Interior design industry experience is mandatory.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Interior Design Industry: 1 year (Required)

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Supervise and guide the on-site team, ensuring all work adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed on-site.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and plans, ensuring all work complies with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours.
