We are recruiting to fill the position below:

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field.

Responsibilities:

Site Management & Supervision:

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and site workers.
  • Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the approved design, specifications, and project timelines.

Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure work is executed to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction plans.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on project progress and potential challenges.
  • Interpret and implement construction drawings and plans on-site.

Resource Management:

  • Plan and allocate materials, tools, and labor efficiently.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of materials and equipment on-site.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including updates on project status, work completed, and any site issues.
  • Document and maintain records of site activities, inspections, and incidents.
  • Provide input for project reports to the project manager and senior management.

Health & Safety:

  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings and drills to minimize accidents and hazards.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
