We are recruiting to fill the position below:
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field.
Responsibilities:
Site Management & Supervision:
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and site workers.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the approved design, specifications, and project timelines.
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure work is executed to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction plans.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on project progress and potential challenges.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings and plans on-site.
Resource Management:
- Plan and allocate materials, tools, and labor efficiently.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of materials and equipment on-site.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including updates on project status, work completed, and any site issues.
- Document and maintain records of site activities, inspections, and incidents.
- Provide input for project reports to the project manager and senior management.
Health & Safety:
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and drills to minimize accidents and hazards.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
