Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Engineering / Architecture Quantity Surveyor experience 2 years and above. Skilled in AutoCad and Microsoft Excel. Able to speak and write English fluently. Able to work independently and possess initiative. Willing to learn and work hard.
Responsibilities:
Take-off quantities from construction drawings. Obtain pricing from various suppliers and sub-contactors. Prepare quotations for submission to clients. Follow up with client’s QS to clarify any queries. Prepare work schedule for workers and sub-contractors. Follow up on site variation orders if any.
Attend site meetings and site-walks. Supervise workers’ schedule and quality of work.
Monitor site progress and update General Manager. Assist in preparing invoices for submission to client. Assist the sales director in searching construction web-portal for potential new clients. Attend site meetings when necessary. Coordinate with suppliers to prepare samples for submission.
