Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Site Engineer to join the team at our Half Moon Bay village. In this role you will be working across the project plan, organising and controlling the technical and engineering aspects of the construction phase of the project, ensuring the associated performance and contractual targets are met.

• Review of structural & technical design specifications
• Review contractors technical design submissions
• Conduct inspections of all structural works for compliance
• Ensure Summerset design standards are met during construction
• Undertake or procure temporary works design/certification as required
• Review Contractors temporary works design for technical compliance
• Liaise and coordinate with projects teams, contractors and internal & external stakeholders
