Site Engineer_Fire Alarm /Fire Fighting

at  FIRE CONTROL PROTECTION SYSTEMS

• Implement and monitor fire safety protocols on the construction site.
• Ensure fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits are properly installed and functioning.
• Conduct regular fire drills and training for site personnel.
• Maintain fire safety equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with local fire safety laws and regulations.
• Conduct fire risk assessments and hazard analysis regularly.
• Identify potential fire hazards in construction activities and recommend mitigation measures.
• Monitor the handling, storage, and disposal of flammable materials.
• Train staff and workers on fire safety procedures, emergency evacuation plans, and the proper use of fire safety equipment.
• Organize workshops and briefings on fire prevention and the importance of safety measures.
• Ensure that the site complies with local fire safety codes and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records related to fire safety.
• Respond promptly to fire-related emergencies, ensuring the site is evacuated safely.
• Investigate fire incidents or near-misses, reporting findings to senior management and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other site engineers, health and safety officers, and management to ensure overall safety.
• Coordinate with local fire services and inspectors during audits or in case of an emergency.
• Develop and review emergency evacuation plans and fire response strategies.
• Ensure that first-aid kits and fire safety equipment are easily accessible and properly maintained.

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
