We are looking for an experienced Plant Director for our site in Kvasiny. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive industry, excellent leadership skills and proven experience in managing manufacturing sites especially with a focus on Supply Chain processes and JIS delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience with JIS delivery
- Strong knowledge of Supply chain processes, quality systems and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent Czech and English language skills is a must (written + spoken)
