JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Site Infrastructure Manager
1 year contract term anticipated, on ground in Riyadh
Role Would Supervise the following Staff: Contractor/vendor teams on site as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for venue logistics, maintenance and site operations; specifically, as it relates to working with civil works department projects and the longevity of Site Structures and Infrastructure once complete and handed over, timelines and milestones
  • Oversee temporary builds, construction projects, site infrastructure and civil works plans in ways such as finding efficiencies, strategizing with partners, ensuring milestones are being met, continued communication around project goals, budget efficiencies and so on
  • Civil works projects could include: Parking lots/asphalt, fiber, wifi installation, permanent power, water and waste management, etc.
  • Source and identify vendors and staff roles to successfully complete all tasks, work through the procurement and contracting steps for said positions, continued oversight of these roles while onsite and through execution
  • Be responsible for contractor execution output, including accuracy and quality and managing subcontractors directly day to day
  • Oversight and understanding of inventory and management/tracking of items; close alignment and communications with Inventory Team
  • Update site infrastructure plans with draftsperson as required
  • Continued oversight and management of venue maintenance
  • Maintain a detailed schedule and ensure milestones are met
  • Strong skills in overseeing budgets, procurement processes, and budget tracking.
  • Produce reports and status updates for leadership as needed and as requested (including daily, weekly and ad-hoc updates)
  • Be a resource for any project teams coming to produce an event at the venue; giving them tours, relaying the latest updates to site where relevant, offer support and guidance, etc.
  • Collate comprehensive post-project reports including after-action recommendations and data points.
  • Report to leadership team on status and updates.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
