New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture, and in our supply chain planning.
Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MTP analysis: guide and validate MTP planning results of the Supply Planning (SP) team that meets the market demand, adheres to the inventory policies, minimizes LOGD/LOMD, incorporates the market/capacity constraints and complies with the factory loading strategies (cascaded by Capacity Planning);
- Drive Short Term Plan (STP): validate STP change requests placed by Supply Planning (SP) Team & respective priorities; run capacity checks for the STP changes placed; propose leveling actions considering stock, sequencing, and leveling policies; initiate cross-factory levelling if applicable based on a regulator strategy;
- Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders targeting a best executable plan. These stakeholders can include: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Manufacturing, Product, QA and Market Planning;
- Local SPOC for Supply Planning (SP) process & MTP planning system in terms of supporting the other users on the system functionalities, identifying resolutions for the system issues with the related stakeholders and defining & testing the required system enhancements;
- EHSS & Compliance: Ensure that all accountabilities & activities are carried out in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, standards and laws & regulations and Environmental, Health & Safety norms in order to maintain sustainable legal compliance in all these areas, eliminate potential accidents and losses. Monitor the adherance to business compliance procedures.
