Position: Interface Administrator
Location: [Heide, Germany]
We are looking for a motivated Interface Administrator to join our team in Heide. In this role, you will support the management and optimization of interfaces between various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Mission:
As an Interface Administrator, you will:
Assist in coordinating and managing project interfaces to ensure smooth execution.
Support the primary point of contact between contractors, design teams, and client representatives.
Help monitor timelines, communicate potential risks, and assist in mitigating delays across teams.
Ensure that technical, commercial, and operational requirements are documented and communicated effectively.
Collaborate with project management to maintain high standards of teamwork and project progress.
Prepare regular reports on interface coordination and potential challenges for senior management.
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
Some experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
