ResultsCX Ireland are looking for an IT Site Administrator to work as a member of the IT Support Team. You will be working from the company’s Cork headquarters to support its IT infrastructure and remote workforce.In this role you will:
- Set up and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications for the company.
- Maintain and monitor computer networks and systems, and diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
- Provide support to remote staff and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Perform the IT Equipment logistics role, handling the sending and receiving of remote employee equipment via international courier.
- Manage the IT inventory via an Asset Management System to ensure IT equipment stock levels are maintained
