Job Description
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- 5-10 years in a Site Management position
- Experience in Plastics manufacturing and/or recycling
- Superior communication skills. A personable leader, with the ability to communicate and connect across all levels (from shop floor to Executive teams)
- Experience in budget preparation, ownership and delivery
- Experienced in driving cost improvement strategy
- Demonstrated ability in leading high performing teams
- Proven people leadership and change management experience with a collaborative and enabling approach
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors in Manufacturing, Engineering, Science or Business

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Demonstrate genuine safety-first leadership, leading by example to all employees.
- Build high performance and inclusive culture, ensuring best practice both commercially and operationally
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance in service delivery to retain and grow
- Manage production of quality food grade resin, complying to all relevant standards and requirements.
- Position the business to achieve sustainable solid financial growth that meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets agreed with the EGM and set by the Board of the JV
- Project managing cross functional teams
- Full P&L management and accountability
