Requirements:
MINIMUM SKILLS - REQUIREMENTS:
- 15 years’ of experience in active-duty military service, support Contractor and/or DoD civilian in a warfare specialty at progressively more difficult levels in planning, developing, and executing technical projects of a R-D nature, concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major DoD programs
- 15 years’ of demonstrated skill in conceiving, planning, and conducting research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques to assess military effectiveness and engineering viability
- 15 years’ of demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in technological programs, preferably one that has transitioned to operational use, or programs related to thrust areas delineated in the PWS
- Bachelor-s degree in any discipline with management training courses
DESIRED SKILLS - REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years’ of experience, background and knowledge of program transition efforts is highly desirable
- Experience supporting DARPA and INDOPACOM
- Master-s degree in any discipline with management training courses

Responsibilities:
- As the Program Manager, your role will be crucial in fostering teamwork and cultivating a collaborative culture
- Serve as the Site Lead in directing and performing specialized scientific and technical data processing techniques utilizing non-standard and developmental software suites, including Special Access Programs (SAP) and Controlled Access Programs (CAP) level programs supporting target development
- Provide input on refinement and tailoring of program requirements, collaborating with appropriate organizations to offer recommendations on refining and tailoring requirements, collection strategies, and intelligence integration
- Prepare and submit requirements and collection plans using specified theater and national requirements management systems and practices as directed
