We are after a new Site Leader. at our Ngatea store…for us it is simple, you know retail, you live & breath it, you have honed your leadership skills & now you’re ready to work for a business that values what you bring to the table.
Job Description

To become a Site Leader within our business you will need to showcase:

• Your ability to engage and inspire a diverse team – people come first.
• Food and coffee experience
• A genuine customer centric approach
• Proven business and commercial acumen
• Operational effectiveness and continuous improvement mindset
• A passion for retail and customer service
• Have resilience

Responsibilities will include:

• Motivating and Training site teams
• Managing site sales targets and budgets
• Maintaining financial records
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Stock ordering and control
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
• Ensuring a safe environment and complying with all Health and Safety requirements
• Execution of promotional material and displays.
• Liaising with the business head office
• Managing rosters
