We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to lead and deliver a high-profile construction project in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and oversee all activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Regularly evaluate project programmes and manage expectations of clients and design teams.
Efficiently manage resources, including workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical assessors to meet project timelines and specifications.
Ensure strict compliance with quality systems, procedures, and engineering standards.
Achieve agreed objectives in terms of timeliness, cost efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety on-site.
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, design teams, and the office team.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role within the construction industry.
Proven experience in residential developments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
Proficiency in IT with the ability to produce detailed site reports.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety requirements for Irish construction sites.

Pay: €46,659.81-€83,442.47 per year
