Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you will utilise your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality homes in accordance with all relevant Building Codes and ABN Group’s safety and compliance standards.
Reporting into our Construction Manager, your role will include but not limited to:
- Conduct daily site inspections and manage job rounds to ensure compliance and check quality of workmanship and materials
- Utilise computer programs and technology to assist with accurate reporting of job progress
- Reach stage claim and completion targets in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with trades and suppliers
- Utilise knowledge and experience of construction to identify opportunities for improvement
- Promote and maintain safe work protocols at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
