Description:
PRECAST DIVISION - CO. CORK
Kilsaran Precast is high-performance, bespoke business that offers a full-service solution from building design and manufacture through to installation, the fully automated state-of-the-art plants located in Kildare and Galway are not constrained by static moulds and are completely BIM orientated.
This position is a full-time permanent position. The successful individual will work with an experienced Site Management team and will be given the opportunity to take on more management duties with a view to further career progression.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Third level qualification in Engineering or Construction (level 8 preferred).
A minimum of 5 years relevant post graduate experience.
Responsibilities:
Day to day on site management including;
o Coordination of deliveries
o Coordinating fitting crews
o BCaR management on site
o Site inspections etc.
Management and mentoring of staff and site crews on individual projects and responsibility for ensuring compliance of subcontractors.
Assisting with construction methodology and programming at tender and pre-installation stage.
Responsible for organising Erection Programmes.
Working with Production Management to ensure site obligations are achieved.
Complete accurate measurement and assessment of contract progress and completion.
Monitor contract progress with regards to targeted project outcomes, quality management systems, contract specification and customer expectations.
Day to day liaison with client site supervision and project management staff.
Complete agreement on contract measures and timely billing of all works.
Responsibility for financial performance of all projects within your area of responsibility.
Be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.
