Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee substation construction and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in substation projects and relevant certifications, including NRSWA Streetworks and SHEA Power.
Key Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor Certificate – essential.
SHEA Power Certificate – essential.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – preferred.
CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) – essential.
First Aid at Work certification – desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience managing substation projects.
Familiarity with substation construction and maintenance processes.
Experience with street works and utility coordination.

SKILLS:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficient in project planning tools and software.
