We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions to clients across various sectors, including corporate offices, retailers, restaurants and cafes, commercials, boutiques, and galleries. As part of our company’s growth strategy, we are currently seeking to hire a site manager to join our team.

THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least five years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the coordination and prioritization of personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple projects, maximizing efficiency and minimizing resource conflicts.
  • Possess a strong understanding of architectural drawings and specifications to effectively allocate resources, schedule tasks, manage project costs, guide construction activities, and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of materials, plant, and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications, timelines and budget constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with the general manager, designers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, workers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration throughout the construction process.
  • Monitor and control overall project timeframes, costs, quality, budgets, and risks across all projects.
  • Negotiate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, building codes, safety regulations, and performance standards across projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate necessary inspections throughout the project.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including workers and subcontractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality work according to project standards and deadlines.
  • Adapt projects and programs to changing circumstances, implementing adjustments efficiently while mitigating disruptions.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that align with program-level strategic goals and ensure successful project outcomes.
