As part of our company’s growth strategy, we are currently seeking to hire a site manager to join our team.
THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- At least five years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the coordination and prioritization of personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple projects, maximizing efficiency and minimizing resource conflicts.
- Possess a strong understanding of architectural drawings and specifications to effectively allocate resources, schedule tasks, manage project costs, guide construction activities, and ensure accurate implementation.
- Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of materials, plant, and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications, timelines and budget constraints.
- Communicate effectively with the general manager, designers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, workers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration throughout the construction process.
- Monitor and control overall project timeframes, costs, quality, budgets, and risks across all projects.
- Negotiate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, building codes, safety regulations, and performance standards across projects.
- Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate necessary inspections throughout the project.
- Lead and manage project teams, including workers and subcontractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality work according to project standards and deadlines.
- Adapt projects and programs to changing circumstances, implementing adjustments efficiently while mitigating disruptions.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that align with program-level strategic goals and ensure successful project outcomes.
