The renewables industry is experiencing rapid growth and so are we. Emtec Energy are actively seeking a project-based Site Manager to join our expanding Large Projects Team. Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
This an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and progress their career as part of an expanding renewal technologies installation company. As a Site manager working on Solar PV Projects your duties will involve managing the day-to-day activities on site which are predominately undertaken by sub-contractors. Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to the required standard, achieving all KPI’s and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Site Management and coordination - oversee site operations and liaise with sub-contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure maximum productivity, profitability, and satisfaction.
- Supervision and Quality Assurance - Monitor and supervisor work delivery to ensure projects are completed according to the programme and meeting set quality standards. Address any concerns promptly with the Project Manager and suggest solutions to ensure the smooth running of the site. Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Compliance and Safety - Ensure site compliance with Health and Safety regulations, Emtec standard operating procedures, quality assurance accreditations, and legislative best practices. Uphold the company’s values and commitment to excellent work practices.
- Customer Experience - Prioritise the customer experience in all interactions, maintain professionalism when communicating with clients, and adhere to a high standard of appearance and health and safety protocols.
- Asset Management - Monitor and maintain all company assets, including vans, materials, tools, plant hire, uniform and PPE.
- Additional Duties - perform any other tasks are required by Emtec Energy. Support team members and attend informal and formal company & client meetings and training sessions as required.
