JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional time management abilities, and proficiency in Civil 3D software. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labour hours and materials used.
