Graham Construction is a leading construction company renowned for delivering exceptional projects across the UK and Ireland. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Site Managers to join our Interior Fit Out Division for a Retail Refresh Programme for the Island of Ireland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, ensuring that every detail aligns with the client’s expectations.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all activities comply with Graham Construction’s stringent health and safety policies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently to keep projects on track.
