MMD Construction are seeking an experienced experienced Site Manager to join their team. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. REQUIREMENTS AS FOLLOWS;

  • 5 years experience in site management
  • Ability to read and understand design team Drawings & Specifications
  • Good organisational skills required to organise, assign and monitor works for grounds works crews
  • Knowledge of and Experienced in working to Health and Safety regulations
  • Ability to implement quality control procedures
  • Experienced in services installation to Irish Water standard details and dealing with Irish water Field engineer
  • Be highly organised and the ability to work to Construction Schedules
  • Good ability to convey tasks and ensure quality of outcomes
  • Good knowledge of construction material and processes

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a Site Management team on construction projects from beginning to end and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Ensure adherence to the health and safety and environmental policies and ensure safe systems of work are planned and implemented on assigned projects.
  • Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
  • Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
  • Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly
  • Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
