We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our team at our at Pembroke Resource’s Olive Downs Complex in the Bowen Basin.
This autonomous project, located 40 kilometres southwest of Moranbah, began operations in early 2023. Thiess have secured a five-year contract to deliver comprehensive mining services, including mine planning, overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul, water management, rehabilitation, and infrastructure construction.
In this role, you will lead a workforce with a focus on developing a strong performance culture that values everyone’s contributions equally. We are committed to providing long-lasting career opportunities and fostering a collaborative work environment.
This key senior management role reports to the Project Manager and will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and results collaboratively. As part of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical services, mining operations, and autonomy teams.
