Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to take the lead on a significant residential project in West Dublin? The project involves the construction of a 5-storey apartment block, set to begin in 6 weeks, with at least 18 months of work ahead. As the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this development, maintaining the highest standards of construction and safety throughout the project. You will report directly to the Contracts Manager, working closely with a skilled team to achieve project goals.

SITE MANAGER SKILLS:

• You have 8 years construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor
• You have experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large crews on site.
• You have worked on large projects, preferably industrial style builds.
• You have a Qualification in a construction related field or a strong Trades background

• Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Meeting agreed programme targets
• Managing Health and Safety on site
• Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
  The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €70,000 - €75,000 + vehicle, pension. Negotiable, depending on experience.
