Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Site Based – Essex and Suffolk region (Head office Walsall)
Salary: to £45k, Company Car/Allowance and benefits
An exciting new opportunity for a Site Manager to lead our various teams out on site. Predominantly you’ll be based at our Walsall Office covering a wide range of multiple projects within the Southern Frameworks. Responsibilities:

  • Preparing all necessary documentation for site work, including site management plans, risk assessments, and method statements. Management and control of all site activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and liaising with the client’s staff to plan outages.
  • Ensuring all required site documentation is completed, including daily diary sheets, records of delays and changes, and relevant safety, health, and environmental documentation. Preparation of progress reports as required.
  • Coordinating and liaising with suppliers, specialist subcontractors, in-house functions, and site installation and construction teams. Reviewing and approving subcontractor site documentation and keeping records of subcontractor progress and performance.
  • Undertaking site inductions and regular toolbox talks for all resources visiting and working on the site.
  • Preparing material and plant requisitions to ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available for site activities.
