As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day program operations for individuals due to histories of trauma and related mental illness and addictions require enhanced housing supports. You will be part of supporting residents in determining their own motivations, capacity, interests, and routines that help with their daily functioning through harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for coaching & mentoring a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the stability of the site and working in a collaborative partnership.

Responsibilities:
- Your work will help ensure the site location has long term stability, financially sound practices, and successful outcomes for the Transitional Housing Program.
- You will work in partnership to make collaborative decisions about intakes to the program.
- Be a part of reviewing goals and care plans with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure programming reflects the needs and diversity of residents.
- Coach and guide staff and residents during critical incidents helping to provide support, ensure proper protocol is followed, and post incident debrief occurs helping to minimize risk.
- You will mentor and coach the site team ensuring practices are guided by relational approaches, trauma-informed practice, harm reduction methods, and an Indigenous worldview.
- Build a team that is recruited and onboarded in alignment with the vision of the Transitional Housing Program and e4c.
