COORDINATION :

• Primary contact for waste collection at customer sites.
• Oversee daily waste collection, logistics, container inspections, and electronic waste consignment.

Customer Interaction :

• Collaborate with customer site coordinators and Environmental Specialists.

• Assist in planning shutdown maintenance for waste containment.Follow up on customer emails and updates.

Safety and Compliance :

• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies.

• Arrange orientation and training for staff.Liaise with regulatory bodies on licenses and permits.

Process Improvement :

• Review and improve waste collection processes.

• Attend contractor meetings and report to the Assistant Manager.Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions.

Customer Care :

• Manage customer satisfaction and address complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Industrial project management experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Holding industrial permits is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site, including weekends and public holidays.
