Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, flexible between 7am and 5pm

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Site Planning Manager to play a vital role leading the planning and co-ordination of long term and day-to-day strategy of resources across the site.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Own overall Warehouse plans and track progress against operational priorities and volume
• Identify Planning efficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives, developing solutions that satisfy customer and business needs whilst understanding the balance between service and cost
• Influence, manage and maintain internal and external relationships across a variety of stakeholders, including agencies and our customers
• Manage on site data and reporting including key performance data and weekly finance reports
• Operate within legislation, policy and process in all matters ranging from people management to safety, health and environment
