JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Configure/develop enhancements in Longview Tax suite of tools to meet the requirements for Direct tax reporting process
• Engage with business users / Tax center of excellence users / operations users – gather requirements/user stories and document the solutions/perform impact analysis
• Function as the Longview product SME – bring together the business teams, tech teams, Longview product teams and provide the Longview tool capability/perspective to deliver an end to end solution.
• Gather and document non functional requirements, integration requirements / user stories and document solutions to meet the non-functional and integration requirements
• Engage with other technical teams – architecture team, infrastructure, service reliability engineering team, tech governance teams and ensure alignment of the Longview tool and Tax reporting solution to meet the guidelines
• Collaborate with Tax process, operations, change teams – to ensure the monthly/quarterly reporting process run cycles – timelines, system availability, performance SLA’s, data SLA”s , Operating level agreements with up-stream and downstream are met.
• Lead the technical support engagement with Longview product support team, Track the process and implement the solutions, upgrades, service patches in compliance with the Systems development framework, agile practices and dev ops practices of the Bank
• Maintain the non-production environment (Dev, etst) and document the maintenance/release / requirements to SRE teams for the prod and DR
• Maintain robust knowledge base of the Longview technical learnings – documenting the RAID, issues and resolutions, root cause analyses, knowledge articles etc.,
• Groom the agile team in Longview Knowledge area
• Test and prove performance of implementation.
• Provide support during SIT and UAT and DR drills
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to SRE teams
