Description:
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in related roles.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Engineering:
- Develop SRE solutions including monitoring and alerting, machine learning anomaly detection, self-healing, and reliability testing.
- Simplify development by building repeatable solutions for manual tasks.
- Enable SRE components.
- Manage applications hosted on Azure and OpenShift.
Production Support:
- Perform production support roles, including off-hours support and rotational on-call support.
- Assist in incident management and problem management for applications in scope.
- Maintain technology currency.
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Azure.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, and Splunk.
- Proficiency with Ansible.
- Familiarity with Catchpoint.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.12/hour - $45.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis
