We are looking for a Site Security Manager to join us at our client site in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The Security Manager is responsible for supporting the onsite Facilities team at Eisai in coordination of all facilities security operations, as well as managing, training, and assessing performance of the entire security personnel. The Security Manager is expected to ensure AI’s and SOP’s are accurate and up to date. In writing and developing security policies and procedures for the security department, oversee all necessary training modules and procedures for security staff.
As a Site Security Manager you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SITE SECURITY MANAGER:

• Staff Welfare and development
• Training needs
• Measuring and addressing team performance
• Coaching and developing security supervisors
• Operational consistency
• Receipting
• Disciplinary investigations
• Ensure AI’s and SOPs are up to date relevant and compliant
• Team Scenario Testing to ensure rapid and correct response to relevant scenarios
• Leading on Incident management
• To be first point of escalation for security incidents and communicate / report to client as required.
• Trend analysis, Creating reports and business cases for client and stakeholders
• Scoping and Rostering for all needs including enhanced security periods and business events ensuring sufficient trained personnel availability with the relevant Eisai Department.
• Undertake all security related investigations and support Eisai investigations where needed
• Provide Innovations to Wilson James and Eisai by the most appropriate means including developing business cases

• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
• SIA -DS licence
