We are continually growing and that means we need an experienced Site Superintendent to assist our project teams in building another successful project.

EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years of ICI Site Superintendent experience in general contracting
· Experience managing industrial, commercial and/or institutional construction projects of approximately $10M +
· Experience in construction projects with various sustainable construction initiatives.
· Completed safety training and have a good track record of safety management.
· Experienced with Microsoft Office and proficient use of Microsoft Project, BlueBeam and SiteDocs.
· Procore experience would be an asset.
· Experienced in electronic filing and digital communications.

Responsibilities:

· Proactively plan, schedule and manage construction projects and crew.
· Drive progress to meet or improve project milestones and performance.
· Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and contractor agreements.
· Engage and apply policies and procedures for quality control and safety, including planning and inspections
· Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Diligently enforce the OHSA and IMC’s Health & Safety Policy Manual.
· Establish schedules being proactive always.
· Motivate, lead and work with various team players, including the client, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors, trades people, field employees, suppliers, and all fellow employees.
· Maintain daily construction records and logs.
