JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore) and Bluebeam for project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, construction estimating, budgeting, and site safety regulations.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
  Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Retail sales: 5 years (preferred)
• Supervising: 5 years (preferred)

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution.
• Assist in budgeting and estimating project costs while maintaining financial oversight throughout the construction process.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status and any issues that arise.
