  • Coordinate and deliver multiple subcontractor and trade packages, including structure, services, and finishes
  • Develop short and medium-term construction programs
  • Lead quality control and site safety initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with engineering and commercial teams
  • Understand construction practices, sequencing, and building-related goals
