We are looking for a Site Supervisor (m/f/d) in Regensburg in a permanent position in full time (40 hours) for our growing Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for strategic direction of Hub & Satellite locations for all FM operations
  • Provide leadership of site based teams, to include effective hiring, training, development, reward & recognition, holiday, absence and performance management in accordance with HR policies
  • Provide a safe and healthy workplace with responsibility for all EHS compliance for both CBRE and supplier partners
  • Understanding of technical systems
  • Accountable for the financial performance of the self perform and supplier contracts, exceeding P&L targets
  • Responsibility for line management approvals of Overtime & Expense submissions
  • Customer Relationship Management and interface with key client stakeholders and end users
  • Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA’s 8-13 & 17 in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
  • Matrix relationship with Critical Services teams to ensure all Technical SLA’s are maintained at all times
  • Responsibility for processes and procedures across the site’s in compliance with legislation and ‘best practice’
  • Accountable for ensuring monthly Self-Assessment SLA reviews are conducted and compliance to all SLA/KPI’s to meet client Quarterly Performance Report output
  • Acts as centre of competency and guidance for all FM operations Service Level Agreements
  • Management and control of Small Project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, quality and budget
  • Responsibility for obtaining client approval for all Budget Variation requirements for all ‘one off’ and ‘ongoing’ changes to SLA delivery
  • Ensure National and Preferred Supplier contracts are used with appropriate performance management to meet and exceed SLA deliverables
  • Develop a relationship with Suppliers at a senior level, to align operational and site specific goals
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of CBRE offerings and the development of highly professional relationships across all areas of the CBRE business
  • Agreed point of contact ensuring that best practice and innovation is applied where appropriate
  • Responsible for developing site specific Employee Engagement Development plans and leading teams through change
  • Development of Hub & Satellite Building Fabric – 1 Year Plan and External Area Inspection Report
  • Provision of ‘Case Studies’ to showcase Hub & Satellite location achievementsSupport any other reasonable requests to meet business needs/priorities when required
