SITE SUPERVISOR POSITION:

Due to recent project successes, Icon Melbourne has a robust and active pipeline of current and upcoming projects. We are excited to connect with candidates from New Zealand seeking career advancement and interested in relocating to Melbourne. Our projects span diverse and large-scale sectors, including Residential Developments, Data Centres, Social Housing, and Defence.
We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors with a proven track record in managing vertical projects valued at $80 million and above. The ideal candidates will have expertise across a range of packages, including Services, Civil, Shellworks, Finishes, Inground, Remediation, and Structures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or 2 construction.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise large construction projects.
  • Experience working on largescale vertical construction project from $80m upwards
  • Unrestricted rights to live and work in Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage all construction site aspects: safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor work progress, ensuring high standards and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers.
  • Liaise with the project management team to meet project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
