Description:
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Proven work experience as a site supervisor
- Good math skills
- Ability to meet deadline
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultant CM, PE, RTO in daily activities, monthly claim, site progress updating, site inspection, testing, and discussion, etc
- Responsible for planning and monitoring of work progress
- Prepare method statement and drawings discrepancies, review project specification and technical clarification
- Handling technical, feedback, suggestions, and engineering problems on site
- Target and ensure the timely and smooth progress of works within the budget time frame
- Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
- Update and submit a monthly project report, and prepare for the extension of time request if required
- Attend meetings, conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements
