JOB DESCRIPTION:
Based at Milldale, this fast paced, challenging role will allow you to showcase your commercial construction management experience and further develop these skills on this $100m development. Reporting to the Commercial Site Manager you will be instrumental in the on-going construction of the multi-level main building featuring a swimming pool and a memory care wing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
It is vital that you have experience working in the Construction industry, with experience in contractor management and NZ building code requirements. You will have a commitment to delivering quality whilst working in tight timeframes, strong communication skills and a high level of Health and Safety knowledge.
