THE ROLE

As an End User Computing/Site Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in providing onsite support for desktop devices, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring their IT needs are met effectively.
  • Provide onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, and software.
  • Support Desk side issues per contract and serve as the point of contact for all IT-related issues at the site.
  • Provide hardware break/fix support and warranty support for desktop, laptop, tablets, and workstations.
  • Administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation network software products.
  • Configure new users to the domain and set up new computers/laptops.
  • Maintain the IT ticketing system and analyze Service Desk calls for desktop devices.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in LAN/WAN environments.
  • Assist with securing the network by setting up and maintaining antivirus and applying software security updates.
