The role manages and coordinates a portfolio of proposals and projects (at the project or subsystem level) of a site through a team responsible for (quality, cost, delivery, and performance) tendering and project delivery. It works closely with all contributing functions and interfaces and is responsible for implementing the tender/bids & projects processes at the location, managing various project management disciplines where relevant (such as documentation, configuration control).
