This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office, but remote working requests may also be considered. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Working hours will be on a rota, to include 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month:
09:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday
09:00 - 17:30, Saturday
10:00 - 16:00, Sunday
Salary: £23,400 + £5,600 on target earnings per annum.
About the role:
- Service incoming calls and emails from direct clients and travel agents with an outstanding & friendly approach to customer service.
- Strive to achieve individual & team KPI’s set in line with department standards.
- Develop a clear understanding of guests/agents requirements to meet expectations for our brand to ensure the right holiday is found to meet their needs.
- Enhancing our customer holiday by offering additional holiday extras/items to reinforce the benefit of booking through us not a competitor.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Working closely with other team members to promote a strong team ethic.
- Making outbound calls to existing customers and pro-actively chasing leads to create sales.
- Responding quickly, accurately and effectively to sales enquiries.
- Execute all assigned tasks efficiently to meet sales and service targets.
- Building up knowledge of competitors.
- Deliver an end to end guest experience.

This position is ideal for a winter sports enthusiast who is passionate about travel and have a strong customer service skills. You’ll need to be a committed team player and comfortable at managing complex inquiries and holiday costings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests and agents, offering expert guidance
and specialist information. Your expertise in winter sports destinations and proficiency in handling related queries will be essential in tailoring unforgettable experiences for our customers. We are looking for your application to demonstrate:
- In-depth knowledge of popular ski destinations, resorts, and ski-related services.
- Passion and interest for travel.
